It was a day to remember in the GAUDLITZ-Family circle. On the occasion of our 80 year company anniversary, the Management invited our employees and pensioners as a clear symbol of appreciation for their commitment and longstanding loyalty.
Already at 2pm, the first of the more than 550 guests flooded in our event courtyard, where they were greeted personally by our Group CEO Niels Roelofsen. After young and old strengthened themselves at our various Food Trucks with delicious burgers, chicken, cocktails and cold drinks, the first speeches started. The event was opened by our Group CEO, followed by the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of our mother company (H&R GmbH & Co. KGaA) Niels H. Hansen, the First Mayor of the city Coburg Mr. Norbert Tessmer, as well as our District Commissioner of Coburg Michael Busch. Continuing with speeches of the President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Coburg Friedrich Herdan and the General Manager of Upper Franconia of the Association of the Metalworking and Electrical Industry in Bavaria (bayme vbm) Patrick Püttner.
Afterwards “Leinado Der Jongleur” entertained the crowed with breathtaking stunts and a real fire torch spectacle. Doesn’t matter if jumping on the bouncing castle, face painting, airbrush tattooing, or enjoying a delicious, freshly mixed kid’s cocktail - our GAUDLITZ youngsters were never bored. At 5pm, the party was in full swing with the Upper Franconian cult band “Geile Zeit”, which really fired up our guests. At the end of the night, everybody had his or her feet moving. Whether young or old, together we celebrated and danced into the night.
