On Sept 1st GAUDLITZ GmbH welcomed 8 young people at the beginning of their apprenticeship. Our new trainees were warmly welcomed by the managing director Niels Roelofsen, the HR manager Bettina Weber, as well as by the trainers Petra Mueller and Lutz Armann. As a company we like to invest in the high-quality training of young talents and consequently in the own future, to integrate suitable junior employees in the different business areas as early as possible. Mr. Roelofsen emphasized the many different possibilities our trainees have, e.g. working at the subsidiary in China. Currently 32 young people are undergoing their at the location in Coburg. There, we can look back on many years of tradition also in terms of training. Our new trainees will get to know each other and their trainers better, and strengthen the team spirit in a common week at “Burg Fürsteneck”.
We hope they will enjoy themselves!
