The cooperation with the Canadian precision injection moulding company Plastiques Moore Inc. paves the way into the NAFTA region.
To further strengthen its position as a quality leader in the North American core markets, the cooperation agreement with the Canadian plastic manufacturer Plastiques Moore Inc. was signed on December 1,2017.
Plastiques Moore Inc. headquartered in Quebec, Canada, supplies renown companies in the automotive, medical, industry and military sector with high precision plastic components and systems. In over 25 years, the system supplier has established specific competences in the area of multi-component injection moulding, clean room production (class 8), system assembly, as well as tooling- and product development. With an additional manufacturing plant in Monterey, Mexico, the efficient company is well positioned in the North American free trade zone (NAFTA).
“As a development partner of our customers we are obligated to provide a certain service globally. This is exactly what we are giving them with this step. The signed cooperation agreement is the starting signal for a sustainable and strategic collaboration in order to act even more flexible and to be closer to the customer at the same time”, states GAUDLITZ Group CEO Niels Roelofsen. Starting now, new business with development and production in the North American region can now be realized for local customers. He continues: “After a long, thorough search we have found a partner with Plastiques Moore whom fits perfectly to us in terms of technology, culture, set-up and seize. Thus, we are truly convinced that we will achieve the North American market entry swiftly and sustainably.”
The new partnership paves the way for both companies into new exciting and lucrative markets. “Our cooperation is not just a one-way ticket to North America. After all, Plastiques Moore can also profit from the GAUDLITZ locations in Europa and Asia, and can fulfill the market entry”, Niels Roelofsen emphasizes.
However, the cooperation is just the first step in the NAFTA region. As early as in the 1st Quarter 2018, the first sales office GAUDLITZ Inc. will be established in the USA to serve the international customers even better.
