At GAUDLITZ we are still focusing on the training of young motivated people, so 10 of these started their apprenticeship at our company. The new employees were welcomed by the managing director Mr. Gerhard Schildbach, the head of training Mr. Lutz Armann, the head of personnel department Mrs. Brigitte Schmidt, the head of work council, Mr. Rainer Metzner and the head of injection molding Mr. Kurt Oelschlegel. Beside the classical jobs that require training like tool mechanic and process technician, GAUDLITZ is training two industrial clerks, one IT specialist and for the first time one technical product designer. These new GAUDLITZ employees now have the chance to learn and implement everything important about their job and the plastics industry in the next years in an international environment.At GAUDLITZ young people have the chance to work on creating the future of the company in order to face the challenges of tomorrow. This is what makes an apprenticeship this interesting in our company.
Kevin Pießenecker and Sandro Rother started as tool mechanics. Maximilian Motschmann, Marco Söllner und Lkas Wawrzinek started as process technicians for plastic and rubber technology. Julius Pflug and Christian Grempel will be trained as industrial clerks, Kevin Steinke as IT specialist. The technical product designer is Christian Müller.
